Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Delivery timelines vary: 3–4 days in West Bengal and 4–6 days in other states for fast shipping; 5–6 days in West Bengal and 6–8 days elsewhere for flat shipping, counted after dispatch. Shipping charges depend on your location and are detailed in your order summary. Once dispatched, tracking information is sent via email; you can also track orders by calling +91 8087265158 or emailing wecare@sosochi.com. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect details or refusal by the customer, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Please inspect your package on delivery—refuse it or sign “Damaged” if necessary and contact us immediately. No deliveries are made on bank holidays.
